By installing or using Auto-Reader (the “App”) on iPhone, iPad, or Android, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.
You are responsible for the files (books, comics, PDFs, etc.) you open. You must have the right to use them. The App processes your files locally on your device and does not upload them.
The App, its name, logo, design, and code are owned by the developer and protected by law. Third-party components are used under their own licenses (see the in-app “Credits & licenses”). WordNet® is a registered trademark of Princeton University.
The App is free to use. Where an optional paid upgrade is offered, it is processed by the platform’s own store, under that store’s terms and refund policies; we do not see or store your payment details:
Auto-renewal (iPhone and iPad). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same period, at the then-current price, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. The price is shown in the App before you confirm and may vary by region. You can manage your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your device’s Account Settings after purchase; cancelling stops future renewals and Premium remains active until the end of the paid period. Any unused portion of a free trial, if one is offered, is forfeited when you buy the subscription. Purchases are also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and the developer only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, for any maintenance or support, or for any claims relating to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the App must also comply with the Apple Media Services / App Store Terms of Service.
Auto-Reader currently contains no advertising. If ads are introduced in a future version, the Privacy Policy will be updated to describe how any advertising data is handled.
The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data. Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.
This license ends automatically if you breach these terms. You may end it by uninstalling the App.
These terms may be updated; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
